Welcome Stamp applications, work permits, immigrant status, Special Entry Permits, and citizenship — complete, compliant, and filed right the first time.

How we help

Whether you're relocating to work remotely, taking a role with a Barbados employer, retiring to the island, or regularising a status that has lapsed, the paperwork is unforgiving and the requirements change. We prepare, file, and follow your application through — and we tell you the realistic timeline before you engage us.

The law is changing — and that matters to your timing

The Immigration Bill and Citizenship Bill would be the most significant overhaul of Barbadian immigration law in decades: a points-based route to permanent residence, statutory "reside" and "reside and work" permits, a direct citizenship registration route for some existing immigrant-status holders, and citizenship extended to great-grandchildren born overseas.

Neither Bill has been passed. Both were re-introduced after Parliament was dissolved for the 2026 election and must complete the parliamentary process again. Current law therefore still governs every application filed today — but if you are within a year or two of qualifying for residence or citizenship, the sequence in which you act could matter a great deal. That is a conversation worth having now rather than after commencement.
